  1. Special acknowledgements/accomplishments/issues/concerns:  The Booster Club –Alumni Association and St. John’s Hospital completed a weekend of golf to raise money to benefit the JACS system.  Final numbers are being tallied to determine the exact amount of donations.  The Williams Woods University graduate program has increased their usage of McAuley by one classroom per week.  Football Homecoming 2009 enjoyed the addition of corvettes to its entrance procession provided by Four State Vettes headed by Mary Lou Bruggeman a parishioner of St. Mary’s.  The class of 1979 was given a tour of the new annex to McAuley.  McAuley Catholic High School will be featured in an upcoming article in Profile magazine.     
  2. Teacher accomplishments/acknowledgements:  Mrs. Diane Parker (Spanish teacher) has made arrangements for students and teachers from MSSU to attend and judge a portrayal contest of well know Hispanics both living and deceased.  Mr. Gary Boehne will be honored by the diocese for his 10 years of service to Catholic education.    
  3. Building/Grounds Updates: Patricia Moore and the Long Range Planning Committee have been made aware of needs for the McAuley campus.  The Committee is planning to present concerns at the October meeting.
  4. General Comments/Updates: Alumni Association is meeting September 15, 2009 at McAuley in the library at 6:30p.m.
