Annual Appeal

Catholic education began in Joplin in 1885, this year we celebrate 136 years of Living a Legacy of Mercy. We are blessed to have the Sisters of Mercy establish our schools and continue to be part of our legacy.

Each year, we ask all members of the Joplin Area Catholic Schools community – alumni, parents, current families, staff and friends – to support the mission and legacy of Catholic education in the Joplin area by making a gift to our Annual Appeal because your gift helps inspire today’s students to become the leaders of tomorrow as we continue to Live a Legacy of Mercy!

Our goal for the 2021-2022 school year was to raise $80,000, and have 185 gifts. We succeeded in reaching that goal with $97,242 and 217 gifts.

Our goal for 2022-2023 is once again $80,000 with 227 gifts. With the participation of everyone, we CAN achieve our goal! Thank you to our generous donors.
