The Daughters of the American Revolution Youth Citizenship Award  (DAR) is awarded annually to a young woman who exhibits honor (high principles, trustworthiness, honesty, loyalty); service (cooperation, meritorious behavior bringing honor to school or community, kindliness, unselfishness, individual responsibility to God, home, and country; courage (mental and physical, and determination to overcome obstacles; leadership (originality, good sportsmanship, responsibility); and patriotism (fundamental and true Americanism).

Molly, the daughter of Terry and Deanna Hunter, was active in theatre and show choir at McAuley Catholic High School  and will be attending Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, Missouri.   Molly will be using her A+ Scholarship, and her area of concentration of study is graphic art/design.
