Joplin Area Catholic Schools is pleased to announce the release of its new logo with individual school logos. To answer the need for a logo and crest for use on school uniforms, which other schools in the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau also use, the school system developed a primary logo, secondary logo, and logos for St. Mary’s Elementary, St. Peter’s Middle, and McAuley Catholic High School.

With the design help of KM Guru Marketing and the JACS marketing committee, we evaluated multiple designs before settling on a final design, which the committee members agreed upon.

The cross symbolizes our faith and an ode to the Sisters of Mercy; the circle encompasses our three schools that make up our JACS system. The words in the base of the cross highlight that Catholic education was established in 1885 and has a long history in the area.

This logo will effectively communicate the stature and influence of our school, connect us as one school, and establish a brand recognition in our community.

In addition to the logos, JACS created a brand guide for use with the logos. Please refer to the brand guide, and contact our Development Office by email at development@jacss.org for any additional questions.

Thank you to KM Guru Marketing, especially Cole Moss, for assistance and direction in the creation of our new logos.
