McAuley Catholic High School
Students at McAuley Catholic High School spend four years preparing for their future by developing their hearts, minds and souls to be Christ-like stewards in their everyday lives. Students in grades 9-12 benefit from a course load that provides a well-rounded curriculum with the opportunity to take courses for college credit. We strive to graduate young adults who make decisions with Christ in mind as they are the future of the Joplin community, the nation and our church community.
The McAuley faculty encourages students to be independent thinkers who look at each aspect of life with a critical, creative and faithful eye. We emphasize a Christ-like atmosphere and with small class sizes, students have the opportunity to excel in athletics by playing varsity-level sports. Students have the opportunity to enhance their love of the arts with show choir and theatre as well as increase their knowledge in business by participating in Future Business Leaders of America. We also offer Edgenuity online classes for students to take classes that may not fit into their current schedule. This allows for students to take advanced or dual credit classes to prepare for college, and offers courses that students may take that are geared toward their career choice.
