Catholic education began in Joplin in 1885, this year we celebrate 138 years of Living a Legacy of Mercy. We are blessed to have the Sisters of Mercy establish our schools and continue to be part of our legacy.

Each year, we ask all members of the Joplin Area Catholic Schools community – alumni, parents, current families, staff and friends – to support the mission and legacy of Catholic education in the Joplin area by making a gift to The Joplin Area Catholic Schools Fund because your gift helps inspire today’s students to become the leaders of tomorrow as we continue to Live a Legacy of Mercy!
